The gatherings ahead are more than events—they are spaces to strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and celebrate the work we’re building together. We invite you to join us in showing up, learning, and being with one another.

One People Gathering is an inclusive gathering where people from all backgrounds can engage with and learn from Indigenous voices. This event is more than just a celebration; it’s a movement toward healing, unity, and mutual understanding. “Netse Mot” is a Coast Salish phrase meaning “One heart, one mind” and the idea behind “One People” emphasizes unity among all individuals.
In a world that feels so divided, we must recognize our shared humanity. We strive to be One People, facing today’s challenges with a good mind and a good heart. At Children of the Setting Sun Productions, we create, share, and educate through Indigenous storytelling. We aim to highlight our values of gratitude, generosity, and respect. These values guide us in rising above greed, selfishness, and apathy.
This event is part of a growing movement, a collective awakening. Can you feel the excitement? We invite you to join us. Let’s be together as we brave the flames and rising tides. Together, we will face today’s challenges, not as one person, but as One People. We cannot be One People without you.
